Pig Breeding Unit

A barn needs to be constructed according to the climatic conditions and pig production system. The house should be comfortable for the pigs with good ventilation and ample shade, no overheating, no smells, no draft and no dampness
All our barns are designed modular depending on the customer’s requirement. The barn here is divided into two rows with a walking aisle in the middle. Gestating sows are housed on one side of the row and farrowing crates on the opposite side. The Gilts are placed in the inner pens on both rows facing the boar pen. The outer pens are reserved for boars.
The barn is fitted with Air Circulation fans with Side-Rollups, Negative Air Pressured Fans, Overhead Disinfectant Sprayers and Environmental Automated Controllers with Sensors. The flooring is fitted with gratings and a scrapper which can be designed both motorised and manual for dung removal to the manure tank.
For drinking water, a Stainless steel Bowl with an automated Nipple Drinker is placed in every stall & the sows or the gilts never run thirsty. A Feed Dispenser of the plastic semi-automatic hopper with galvanized tremie pipe is connected to a sow feeder tray of galvanized Iron fitted to every stall. For Piglets 304 Stainless Steel feeders and an automated drinking bowl with a nipple are fitted in every crate. However different specifications can be customized according to the customer’s requirement.
