Established by the IFAD-supported Meghalaya Livelihoods and Access to Markets Project (Megha-LAMP) of the Meghalaya Basin Management Agency (MBMA) in partnership with SCSTE for Dienkyonthong Integrated Village Community Services
PRIME Hubs are statewide incubation hubs set up primarily to help and handhold small and marginal farmers, producer groups, and agric-entrepreneurs realize improved incomes through high-leverage market access and credit linkages, technical know, how, better quality seeds, value addition activities such as processing and packaging, and support funding. These hubs encourage the spirit of innovation by creating a favorable enter entrepreneurial eco system in the state.
The Prime Hub essentially includes:
- Cafeteria with kitchen
- Male & female dormitory
- Common washroom (male/female) washroom with cubicles
- Guest house & service room
- Training hall
- Packaging room
- Store
- Conference room
- Office of managing director
- Administrative office
- Outside porch with beautification
- The project has been executed for integrated village community services at Umdihar Meghalaya.
We designed, engineered & constructed all the Prime Hubs using PUF, ISO build & EPS Technology approved by BMTPC (Ministry of Housing & Urban Affairs) & CPWD, Govt. of India. The land was preliminary surveyed by our in-house surveyors based on which the layout was planned. Upon finalization, we released all civil, structural, electrical, plumbing network including all interior related design & drawings. Processed the fabrication and constructed the building with complete interiors including all electrical, false ceilings, plumbing and beautification in turnkey. All projects were executed within a record span of 2 months
